Answer:
As every type of sport, there are some health benefits of Zumba. They are burning calories (every woman's dream), reducing the fat mass in the body, exercising the bones and the muscles, which increases the stamina, etc.

Question:
Can I overdo it?

Answer:
Overdoing is a very different for different people. It depends on your fitness level, weight, on your daily routine, on your diet, etc. For example, if you go 4 times a week, but you work only half day in a calm environment, you eat a lot of fresh food and protein and you have been a regular visitor of the gym for the last year, then 4 times a week shouldn't count as overdoing. This means that your body will be able to handle the stress, so you won't feel particularly tired. On the other hand, if you're working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, travelling 1 hour to work and back, coming home late, eating fast food most of the time and haven't been to the gym for the last 1 year (or more), then even 2 times a week might be too much for you. So, just play it by ear.
